We are providing this course, The Black Love AlgoRHYTHM to learn and create the blueprint for building a healthy sustainable relationship with SELF first then create an environment to build, trust, transparency, and understanding to be in sync in a relationship.
This retreat is designed to help you appreciate you as an individual first strengthen your inner bond, and build a solid foundation to build a successful, sustainable relationship. Through interactive sessions, group activities, and open discussions, you'll gain a fresh perspective on love and discover new ways to nurture YOURSELF and your connection.
Our retreat includes the following.
(2) 30-minute tele-health sessions:
1 session PRIOR to attending the retreat to discuss therapeutic suitability, intentions, and goal setting and 1 session after the retreat to support ongoing goals attainment to sustain the relationship.
